Should we need to use personal data for purposes beyond those stated above, TEFL X will seek explicit written consent from the client prior to proceeding.

TEFL X utilizes third-party email marketing platforms to manage communications. These services comply with data protection regulations and have robust security measures to safeguard personal data.

CASL and CAN-SPAM Compliance:
TEFL X complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) for communications sent to clients in Canada, ensuring such communications have the necessary consent and include clear opt-out instructions. For clients in the U.S., we adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act, which requires all marketing emails to include an opt-out mechanism.

Client Data Requests:
TEFL X honors client requests to delete or amend their personal information, allowing clients to manage their data as they see fit.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, TEFL X reserves the right to retain the deposit or the full course fee, including accommodation payments. As courses consist of pre-recorded videos, no refunds will be issued if a trainee abandons the course. If space is available, we may offer enrollment in the next available course.

If a client cannot start the course due to illness (validated by an official source), payments will be applied to the next available course, while accommodation fees are non-refundable. For clients needing to discontinue after starting due to illness (also validated), a proportional credit will be applied for future courses.

TEFL X reserves the right to cancel courses due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, we will refund all deposits and fees.

In the event of significant alterations or disruptions to course content delivery, TEFL X will offer reimbursement for unavailable portions. Clients will be informed of unforeseen changes or cancellations promptly.

No Guaranteed Income and Legal Relationship:
While TEFL X provides opportunities to teach and earn through our platform, we do not guarantee income. Clients create accounts and receive payments similarly to platforms like Twitch, but they are not legally employed by TEFL X. TEFL X is not liable for any illegal activities conducted by individuals utilizing our services.
